~RenderCandy Refund/Return Policy~ Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 30 days from the original date of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are warranted
*Digital Download Products*
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of the Vendor and/or the RenderCandy staff.
Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Vendor and RenderCandy to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.
*Product availability*
Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise. RenderCandy will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. It is best that you archive your purchases after downloading them.
*Shippable Products*
The same refund information for Digital products apply. RenderCandy will not be liable for shipments lost in the mail. Items damaged in the mail can be replaced if returned to us.
In the event of manufacturing error, defect, or damage you may notify RenderCandy within 24 hours after you have received your product and we will provide instructions on what to do next. RenderCandy reserves the right to determine validity of claims of manufacture errors, defects, or damage.
