Q. How do I log in?
A. You must first click Create An Account and register. This link
will be found on the home page. You will
need a valid email address.
Q. Do I need to create seperate log-ins for the
Forums?
A. Yes. However, you may use the same user ID and Password
if you want.
Q. What are the benefits of registering with RenderCandy.com?
A. Being a registered member at RenderCandy.com gives you
the ability to purchase quality product and recieve exclusive
coupon and sale offers only offered to RenderCandy
members. When you register in the gallery, you will be able
to post your own images and comment and rate other
members artwork. You will also be able to participate in
fututre contest and win great prizes. When registered to the
Forums, you will be able to post topics, view other topics and
participate in activities that only RenderCandy members get
to participate in. RenderCandy members also get access to
exclusive freebies.
Q. What happens if I forget my password or user ID?
A. No worries. Click the Fogot Password link to retrieve your
information.

Q. How do I download a freebie from RenderCandy.com
A. DO NOT ...and I repeat...DO NOT ADD FREEBIES TO YOUR SHOPPING CART. There is a red download link at the top of the page for each freebie offered at RenderCandy. When you click that RED link, your download will start.
STORE HELP
Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept Visa or MasterCard through PayPal. The payment process is totally
secure and your credit card information is never stored. You
may also pay for your purchases with your PayPal account by selecting
the PayPal button during checkout.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal?
A. Nope. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment
with PayPal.
Q. What happens to the items left in my shopping cart when I log
out?
A. Your shopping cart items are saved and will still be there the
next time you log in.
Q. Can I view a history of my purchases?
A. You sure can. You can view this information on the My
Account page.
Q. How can I download a previous purchase if the download link
has expired?
A. You must send an email to store@rendercandy.com with
Download Activation as your subject. We will then provide you with the information needed to re-download your previous purchase.
GALLERY HELP
Q. Is nudity allowed in the RenderCandy Gallery?
A. Yes, but there are a few restrictions. Please refer to the
Conditions of Use for further information.
Q. How many images can I post per day?
A. Please limit your gallery posts to 3 per day.
Q. Do I need to register in the gallery?
A. No. The Gallery is now located in the RenderCandy Forums so your forum log-in will get you into the Gallery. You will still need a seperate log-in for the store but you
may register the same user ID and password.
Q. Can I post Commercial Art advertising my products sold at
RenderCandy and other stores as well?
A. You may post these images in the Product Showcase
catagory. Images advertising products sold at other stores
need to be limited to 2 per week. See Conditions of Use for
further information.
FORUM HELP
Q. Do I need to register in the Forums?
A. Yes. Your forum log-in will also get you into the Gallery. You will still need a seperate log-in for the Store but you
may register the same user ID and password.
Q. Can I upload images in the forums?
A. Yes but keep it limited to 5 per thread. See the Gallery FAQ for Gallery specific posting. You may post links to
images as well.
Q. Do I need to register in the forums in order to post or reply to
other posts?
A. Yes you do.
